How do I book a car?
You can do it directly through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp or by visiting our office in Marbella town centre. In any case, you’ll get a quick response and personalised service from the very first moment.
Can I hire a car for today in Marbella?
Yes. If you need a car today, just ask us. We have vehicles ready to go with immediate collection. Call us and we’ll sort it out straight away.
When will I know if my booking has been confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email within the next few hours. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us directly and we’ll send it again.
What if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
Sometimes emails can end up in your promotions or spam folder. If you can’t find anything, simply call us or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm it instantly.
Do I need to pay in advance when booking?
No advance payment is required. Payment is made when you collect the car, and you can pay by card at our office or during delivery.
Can I make changes or cancel my booking later?
Yes. You can modify or cancel subject to availability. If you chose the Guarantee Plus option, you’ll have flexible cancellation up to 2 hours before at no extra cost.
What happens if my flight arrives late at the airport?
No problem. If you give us your flight number, we’ll monitor it and wait up to 5 hours after your scheduled arrival time, with no surcharge or penalty.
REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING FROM OUR CAR RENTAL
What documents do I need to present to hire a car?
You just need to present your ID or passport, a valid driving licence with at least 2 years’ experience and a bank card in the name of the main driver. In some cases, we accept cash payment; please ask us beforehand.
Is there a minimum or maximum age for hiring?
The minimum age is 25 years and the maximum is 80 years. Additionally, all drivers must have at least 2 years’ experience with their driving licence.
Can I add an additional driver at no cost?
Yes, you can include another driver without any problem, provided they meet the same age and experience requirements. We’ll just need their documentation when formalising the contract. This service is included at no extra cost.
Can I leave Andalusia with the rental car?
Vehicle use is permitted within Andalusia and Gibraltar. Driving outside this area or travelling abroad is not permitted without prior authorisation.
What exactly is included in the car hire in Marbella price?
It includes VAT, comprehensive insurance with no excess, 24/7 roadside assistance, additional driver and child seats if you need them. No deposits or card blocks. You only pay what you see when booking.
Can I drive unlimited kilometres?
Yes, all our cars have unlimited mileage. Only for commercial vehicles or vans do different conditions apply, which we’ll explain when you book.
Is it possible to travel with pets in the car?
Yes, you can travel with your pet provided the car is returned in good condition and clean. If there are any remains or damage, we might apply an extra cleaning charge.
What happens if I receive a fine during the rental?
If we receive a fine notification, we’re obliged to identify the driver to the authorities, as required by law. We don’t charge you any additional fee for this administrative process.
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICE ON THE COSTA DEL SOL
Where do you deliver the car if I arrive at Málaga Airport?
You’ll find us just metres from the arrivals hall of Terminal 3, in the official parking area for meet & greet rental companies. We’ll be holding an identification sign. If you don’t see us immediately, wait a few minutes in the designated area and we’ll locate you straight away.
What if I arrive by train or at Gibraltar Airport?
At María Zambrano station, we’ll wait for you by the exit lifts with a visible sign. At Gibraltar Airport, delivery takes place at FOCONA Public Car Park, just a 2-minute walk from the terminal.
What do I do if I can’t find the staff at the delivery point?
Call us directly on the number shown in your contract. Our operational team attends both during business hours and in emergency cases.
Is it possible to receive the car at my hotel or residence?
Yes. We offer personalised delivery to hotels, villas or private residences in Marbella, Puerto Banús, San Pedro, Estepona or even Sotogrande. Please check availability and conditions in advance.
Can I return the car at a different location?
Yes, you can return it at different locations such as Málaga Airport, the train station, or even at your accommodation within our coverage area.
Where and how is the rental car returned?
We’ll explain the exact point clearly when we deliver the car to you. In most cases, the return takes place at the same point where it was delivered.
Is there a charge for returning outside business hours?
Yes, from 8:00 PM onwards a supplement for out-of-hours service may apply. We’ll explain this transparently before confirming your booking.
PAYMENTS AND COVERAGE FOR YOUR RENTAL CAR
When is payment made for the rental car?
Payment is made when the vehicle is delivered, quickly and securely, with Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards. We don’t ask for deposits or advance payments.
Is it possible to pay in cash?
Yes, we accept cash provided the amount doesn’t exceed the current legal limit. Please check with us in advance to confirm this and manage the booking correctly.
Do I need a credit card to hire?
Usually a credit card in the driver’s name is used, but if you don’t have one, we can offer you alternative options by leaving a deposit as guarantee. We’ll explain the details when making the booking.
Is comprehensive insurance included in the price?
Yes. All our rental cars in Marbella include comprehensive insurance with no excess. Commercial vehicles have different conditions which we’ll explain with complete transparency.
What does the standard rental insurance include?
The comprehensive insurance covers vehicle damage with no excess, but doesn’t cover lost keys, punctures, incorrect refuelling or negligence. For these situations, you can extend the coverage.
Can I take out additional coverage for extra peace of mind?
Yes. We have coverage such as Guarantee Plus, which extends protection for glass damage, tyres, lost keys or special assistance. It’s ideal if you’re looking for greater peace of mind.
Do I need to leave a deposit or bond?
It’s not necessary if you pay with a credit card. If you prefer another method, a temporary hold may be applied as guarantee, which is released when you return the car in good condition without incidents.
What assistance do I have if the car breaks down or I have an accident?
You have 24/7 roadside assistance included. In your contract you’ll find all the contact telephone numbers. If necessary, we’ll arrange a replacement car so you can continue your journey without complications.
HOW CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS WORK FOR YOUR BOOKING
Can I make changes to my booking after confirming it?
Yes, you can make changes to dates, times or even the booked model, provided we have availability. The sooner you let us know, the easier it will be to adapt to what you need.
How can I cancel a booking if I no longer need it?
You just need to call us or message us on WhatsApp. If you took out the Guarantee Plus option, you can cancel up to 2 hours before at no cost.
Is there a penalty for cancelling my booking?
With Guarantee Plus, you pay nothing. If you didn’t take it out, we’ll apply the standard cancellation conditions depending on when you notify us.
Is it possible to change the car for another model?
Yes, provided we have alternatives available. The final price may vary if you choose a car from another category or higher range.
What happens if I don’t arrive on time to collect the car?
If you don’t inform us and more than 2 hours pass from the scheduled time, the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund.
Can I get my money back if I cancel in advance?
Yes. If you cancel with notice, we’ll refund the full rental amount, deducting only the cost of Guarantee Plus if you decided to take it out.
24/7 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND EMERGENCIES
What do I do if I have a breakdown or accident during the rental?
Don’t worry, you have 24/7 roadside assistance. In your contract you’ll find the direct emergency telephone number. You can also call us and we’ll arrange to send you help or, if necessary, a replacement vehicle so you can continue your journey without any setbacks.
How should I act in case of a minor accident?
In that case, use the accident report form you’ll find in the car’s glove compartment, completing it together with the other driver if possible. Then, contact us immediately for instructions.
What if I lose the keys or have an emergency?
Simply call us. Depending on the case, we can help you remotely or send assistance to wherever you are, whether in Marbella or anywhere on the Costa del Sol.
Can I receive assistance in other languages if I don’t speak Spanish?
